Summary Display of Recent Seismic Event Information

Periodically, recorded events are collated and sent to this web page using the program RECENT.EXE. The amount of data depends on how many earthquakes are recorded and can range from zero to a few a week.

When using Netscape you can hold down the shift key and click the reload button to update the image. Pressing F5 in IExplorer should give the refresh.

The first plot displays a one day overview of data from a 2.7 sec vertical instrument filtered into limited bands of frequency. Next is a plot of 1 hour FFT blocks. Below the overview are individual quake events from past days.
