Halloween again is drawing near
oh what fun we have each year
we dress up in costumes, put masks on our faces
to find out who we are, you get 20 guesses

The houses are adorned with their bright orange lights
ghosts and witches around to add to the fright
cute costumes, funny costumes, and scary ones too
all make the night more fun for me and you

The treats and the candy just add to the joy
of each and every little girl and boy
back home once again to our safe little home
feeling that we have been chilled to the bone

Drinking hot chocolate and checking our candy
what fun we had, the night was just dandy
Off now to dreamland to dream of the fun
that Halloween gives each year to everyone....
