Hi, my name is Deanna/Ziplo, welcome to my new adventure of making web pages. Deanna was the name given to me at birth, and Ziplo is a story too long to tell, but it is a name I am becoming very fond of.
After living many years on the East Coast, and raising 4 wonderful children, I have returned home to my place of birth, a small town in South Dakota. It took me a lot of years to know what I wanted to be when I "grew up", but I have now found it. I work with adults with disABILITIES...
I do not consider it a job, but more of a privilege to be able to spend time with these loving, caring people. They have a way of working themselves right into your heart. They give me as much, if not more, than I could ever give them.
Most of my time is spent working, or on the computer visiting with the many wonderful friends I have made here, or spending time with 5 of my 8 grandchildren , who live in the same town as I do. I also have 3 grandsons who live on the East Coast...
Update.....I now have a Great Grand-daughter,
born Dec. 23, 2005...what a nice Christmas present........
In addition to my children and grandchildren, I have 2 brothers, and 1 sister, without whose help, encouragement, and a "little" bit of pressure, I would not be entering into this new adventure. So I dedicate this first page of mine to my sister, StinaLisa/Marilyn . . .
